Great question! I think you still get to collaborate with some people right? I'd write about that, how you established a collaborative working relationship, what helped, and what didn't.

It's ok if you did most of it with minor input from others. But make sure to mention what those inputs were and from whom to show that you can collaborate well even in such occasions.
