I gave it a quick scan. Don't start with side projects, you have too many case studies (I assume you categorised them by projects/companies).

None of the titles captivate (check the suggested format in my article).

The few case studies that I quickly scanned look like they use a checklist template (ie cookie-cutter).

Write fewer case studies and tell captivating stories that explain how you solved a particular (possibly unusual problem) and how you became a better designer because of it.
